Casual to Elegant Events Owner Operator John Squitieri (since 1987 in Las Vegas) has successfully owned and operated food and liquor catering companies, event and wedding planning firms, banquet, wedding and meeting facilities, cafe/restaurants along with gaming lounges.

John's background also includes a dynamic resume with Hilton and Hyatt Regency Hotels as a working Chef, Banquet and Catering Manager, and as a Convention Meeting and Wedding Planner.

Casual to Elegant Events is a certified member of the National Association of Catering Executives and the State of Nevada Food & Beverage Directors Association, The Las Vegas Hospitality Association, and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
